Suat Islam Yatimana Society is instituting a donation refund policy to ensure fair andtransparent processing of requests for refund of donations as digital payments arebecoming more frequent. Suat Islam Yatimana Society expects that all donors willexercise due care and diligence while making donations. Suat Islam Yatimana Societyalso recognises that a donation may be made erroneously or donors may change theirmind. Suat Islam Yatimana Society will examine each request for refund of donation andendeavour to make the refund. Suat Islam Yatimana Society may also seek furtherinformation / documents and donor must co-operate in this regard.However, Suat Islam Yatimana Society is not obliged to make refunds and may, inits discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations, particularly if a taxexemption certificate has been issued.

If you would like your donation to Suat Islam Yatimana Society to be refunded, You mustrequest Suat Islam Yatimana Society in writing or by email for a refund and Your requestmust reach Suat Islam Yatimana Society within 15 (fifteen) days from the date on whichyou

2. Made the payment through our payment gateway partner using any of theoption they provide like Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Bamking, UPI, Watteletc. ORo
3. Handed over the cheque / demand draft to Suat Islam Yatimana Society orsomeone authorised by Suat Islam Yatimana Society for this purpose, ORo
4. Despatched the cheque / demand draft to Suat Islam Yatimana Society byother means.

The written request stating reason for requesting refund must be sent to the addressstated below and must contain all the following details pertaining to the donation:•

1. Date of donation
2. Donation amount
3. A valid and government authorized photo ID card
4. If donation was made through cheque/draft, please provide Cheque/Draft no.
5. If donation was made through credit card, please provide Credit Card no. (last 4digits only).
6. If donation was made online, please provide Donation-ID.
7. If donation was made through payment gateway then Payment Receipt copy
